Exchange Email: What will be different after migrated to Exchange?

Larger default email quota - 20 GB.
A brand new web interface is available - Outlook Web App (OWA).
Calendar, contacts and tasks are stored on the Exchange server and you can access them from your office PC and your mobile devices.
Spam filtering (based on a heuristics-based spam detection engine) is turned on by default and reset to medium level. You will need to Set up the automatic cleanup process with your email client as the spam messages will stay in the Junk-Email folder and occupying your usable email quota.

If you will access your mail boxes using Outlook Web App (OWA) or Microsoft Outlook, please note the followings:

When composing new message, use semicolons instead of commas to separate addresses under the To... or CC... field.
A copy of your sent email messages goes to your Sent Items folder by default.
Email deleted in any folder in your Exchange Mailbox moves to Deleted Items folder. Deleted items can be recovered within a 30 day time frame.
The Trash, AutoTrash and Sent folders are no longer used. You may refer to Notes on Special Folders for more information.
