Exchange Email: How to adjust the spam detection level? |

ITSC has setup a filter rule based on the message header X-Perlmx-Spam, which is tagged by a heuristics-based spam detection engine. Any message that is caught by these filters is moved to the Junk E-Mail folder. The default and recommended detection level is Medium.

Remember to set up automatic cleanup on the Junk-Email folder or you will need to clean up your Junk-Email folder periodically (e.g. empty the Junk-Email folder and then empty your Deleted Items folder using OWA) to save your usable quota.
