Exchange Email: How to forward your HKUST email to another address? |

Setting forwarding address will forward a copy of all new email to the designated address while leaving a copy of the email in your Inbox. You will need to clean up your mailbox periodically (delete any items you don't need and empty your Deleted Items folder) before your mailbox will be full and you can no longer send or receive messages.

Please note that only one forwarding email address can be set using above URL. For forwarding to multiple addresses or delete the message in your Inbox automatically (the message will stay in the Deleted Items folder), you will need to set up your own email rules using OWA or Outlook. Please also note that "redirecting permanently without leaving a copy of forwarded email in Inbox" is not supported. |
