You can check most recent quota usage of your Exchange account by using Outlook Web App (OWA) or Microsoft Outlook: Microsoft OutlookTo determine your mailbox usage in Microsoft Outlook, click the File tab and select Info in the left column. The "Mailbox Cleanup" section will display how much space with your mailbox e.g. 500MB free of 4GB.
For a detailed list displaying the size of each folder in your mailbox:
Outlook Web App 2013 (OWA)
Outlook Web App 2010 (OWA)Make sure you are not logging into light version of Outlook Web App (OWA).
By default you are in Mail view after logged in (the word "Mail" displayed in top left corner). If it not, click Mail on the navigation bar which is located at the lower left of the window.
Note: A light version of OWA is optimized for accessibility, and it is used on a slow connection, computer with unusually strict browser security settings, browser could not support the full feature set of OWA.
