Exchange Email: How to set up full name email alias?

The Full Name Email Alias is a facility provided by HKUST to users who wish to have a more meaningful email address for presenting to outside correspondents, such as publishing your email address in personal name card, research papers, etc. The format must be:
  • no longer than 32 characters.
  • compose of at least two identifiers, each separated by a period "."
  • only alphanumeric characters are allowed in each identifier
  • not currently used by another user

After set your full name email alias, remember to select the primary email address for your Outlook and Outlook Web App.
