The Full Name Email Alias is a facility provided by HKUST to users who wish to have a more meaningful email address for presenting to outside correspondents, such as publishing your email address in personal name card, research papers, etc. The format must be:

After set your full name email alias, remember to select the primary email address for your Outlook and Outlook Web App.
