What’s the reason for "Body retrieval error" when reading message with HKUST WebMail after migrated to the Exchange Server?

If somebody sent you a message with an attachment (e.g. PDF file) without any message content, you will encounter the following error message when reading the message with HKUST WebMail:

Body retrieval error. The reason for this is most probably that the message is malformed.
Command: FETCH 10089 BODY[1]
Response: OK
Message: FETCH completed.
FETCH line: * 22 FETCH (BODY[1] NIL UID 10089 FLAGS (\Seen))

You should be able to open the attached document without any problem. The error message only refers to NULL message content and this is specific to HKUST WebMail (SquirrelMail) only.

There is no problem reading the blank message body and the attachment with other email applications like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.  HKUST WebMail users might just ignore this error message.
