My Outlook receive "Undeliverable" message with unknown reason, can this be improved? |

Some user report that they receive the following error without any detail information, Subject: Undeliverable Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Diagnostic information for administrators: Generating server: The cause is the problem is that Outlook failed to process "Undeliverable" message from the SMTP server, users looking for better user experience are advise to set up their Outlook with the native Exchange mode instead of the IMAP/SMTP mode.
