I get a certificate alert when connecting to eduroam. What should I do? |

eduroam Wi-Fi service makes use of a digital certificate for secure user authentication. This certificate is renewed on 15th July 2019. The certificate renewal is required to most mobile devices (including Apple iOS, macOS and Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10) when accessing the eduroam Wi-Fi service. The users may encounter the following certificate alerts and need to manually accept the certificate:
