I cannot connect to eduroam. It just keeps on prompting me for username and password.

Repeated prompting for username/password is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • The Trusted Root Certification Authorities was not properly configured. Please refer to the configuration guide for further information.
  • Wrong username / password was inputted. Please confirm if the username and password are correct.
