I cannot logon Alumni Wi-Fi Service, why?

It may be the problem that:

  • The wireless device has not been turned on for wireless connections.
  • The Alumni Wi-Fi network has not been connected. Please check if the status is Connected.
  • The Alumni Wi-Fi service is not configured correctly at the wireless device. Please check with the corresponding configuration guidelines.
  • Wrong username or password is presented during logon. Users should make sure the correct usernames / passwords are inputted. The users can visit here to reset their Alumni Account passwords.
