What should I do when archive quota exceeded?

The default archive quota limit is 10MB. In case the archive quota is exceeded, you will need to download the existing archives and change “Maximum number of month archived” to a shorter period.

1. Login to http://lists.ust.hk/sympa
2. Click “admin” of  xxxx-list on left hand side.
3. Click “Manage Archives” in the middle of the window.
4. download (or delete) the archive if necessary
5. Click “Edit List Config” in the middle of the window.
6. Click “Archives”  under the “Configuring the list”
7. Change “Maximum number of month archived” to a shorter period
