Add Hong Kong Public Holidays to e-calendar

To subscribe to the Hong Kong Public Holidays to your Calendar:

Outlook 2010

  1. Within the Calendar view of your Outlook, right click My Calendars.
  2. Click Add Calendar and then From Internet...
  3. Enter the location for the version of Internet Calendar that you want to choose:
    • (English) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/en.ics
    • (Traditional Chinese) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/tc.ics
    • (Simplified Chinese) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/sc.ics
  4. Click OK and then Yes subscribe to updates.

Outlook 2007

  1. On the Tools menu, click Account Settings, and then click the Internet Calendars tab.
  2. Click New...
  3. Enter the location for the version of Internet Calendar that you want to choose:
    • (English) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/en.ics
    • (Traditional Chinese) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/tc.ics
    • (Simplified Chinese) http://www.1823.gov.hk/common/ical/sc.ics
  4. Click Add and then name the required Folder Name.
  5. Click OK and then Close to close the "Account Settings" window.
