Office 365 - Is there a simplified version of Outlook Web App?

Yes. If you have difficult using the full feature of Outlook Web Access or your internet connect is slow, you may consider to use other applications or the light version of OWA:

The light version of Outlook Web App includes fewer features and the interface is very similar to the HKUST Web Mail. To use the light version of OWA:

1. Sign in to http://O365.ust.hk
2. Click Settings > Display settings
3. Select Outlook Web App version
   
   
   
   
4. Tick the option Use the light version of Outlook Web App
5. Click OK
   
6. Sign in to OWA again.
   
7. If you do not see the above layout, please clear the cache of your browser and Sign in to OWA again.
8. It you cannot use your current browser to access the light version, please try to use another web browser such as IE, Firefox, etc.
