What should I do if the voicemail said "Your PIN is expired"?

Please follow the following procedures to update your voicemail PIN if you hear the “expired” message.
(The words in square brackets are the message prompt you should hear)

Choose a new Voicemail PIN. A valid Voicemail PIN is 4 to 16 digits long. The system will reject trivial Voicemail PIN like 1234, 3333 or your extension number.

1. Dial 5000 to access the voice mail system.
2. [Enter your PIN followed by pound.] Enter your Voicemail PIN, e.g. 123321, followed by #.
3. [Your PIN is expired, You must reset your PIN. Enter your new PIN followed by pound.] Enter your new Voicemail PIN, followed by #.
4. If you hear [Invalid PIN], it means that your new PIN is too trivial or contains your extension number. Please choose another new PIN. 
5. [Enter your new PIN again to confirm it, then press pound.] Enter your new Voicemail PIN again, followed by #.
6. [Your new PIN is active.] The Voicemail PIN change process is complete.
