How to temporarily disable the voice mail?

a. Login to Phone Settings Web Portal (https://cm.uc.ust.hk/ccmuser)

b. Click "Line Settings”

c. Uncheck the following boxes for internal calls and external calls

  -When the line is busy, send calls to

  -When there is no answer, send calls to

  -When there is no coverage, send calls to

  -When the phone cannot register, send calls to

Disable Voicemail For All Calls
