How to forward all calls to voice mail when the line is busy or no answer?

a. Login to Phone Settings Web Portal (https://cm.uc.ust.hk/ccmuser)

b. Click "Line Settings”

c. Check the following boxes for internal calls and external calls

   -When the line is busy, send calls to

   -When there is no answer, send calls to

d. Enter "Voicemail” in the input box on the right.
