How to print the email message via Web Print?

  1. Install CutePDF Writer first by following the instruction here .


  2. Click on "Print" button in your webmail.





  3. Choose "Cute PDF Writer" as the printer as below (1) and click on "Print" button at the bottom (2). Please wait a couple of seconds (according to the document size) as the printer will generate a pdf for the document.




  4. A pop-up window will be displayed as below. Please give your generated pdf file a name and click on "Save" button as below.





  5. You can upload the generated pdf file to Web Print now. Likewise, you can use the above method in Outlook e-mail application.
