How to check my balance?

  1. Visit https://netprint.ust.hk/app or accessing the website using QR code below:






  2. Input your ITSC Network account name and password, and select your preferred language for the netprint interface.





  3. Click on "Summary" hyperlink as below.





  4. The total balance will be displayed in the red box as below.






  5. When finished, click on hyperlink "Log Out" as below.
