How to set up my Exchange Online email account with the Gmail app?

To remove an existing account:

1. Select Settings of your Android device
2. Select Accounts
3. Select the account to be remove
4. Tab REMOVE ACCOUNT

Setup an Exchange account with your Gmail app:

1. Open Gmail app 
2. Select Settings
   
3. Select Add account
   
4. Select Exchange and Office 365
   
5. Input your email address and your password e.g. email account: exst03@ust.hk
   
   
6. The following server settings will be detected automatically, click Next to continue
   
7. Click OK when prompted for Remote security administration
   
   
8. Follow the intuitive online instructions to complete the remaining setup
9. Please noted that the account name added is your account name suffixed by @gohkust.mail.onmicrosoft.com

• Domain : 
  
• Username : username@ust.hk
• Password : ********
• Server : outlook.office365.com
• Security Type: SSL 
  
• Port: 443
