How can I change Windows 10 privacy settings?

Privacy settings can be changed by choosing Customize Settings during Windows 10 setup or, after setup, from Start button > Settings > Privacy.

Turning off privacy features protects your privacy but also reduce your personalised experience with Windows 10. So, it's up to you to decide which option to disable. Here are the privacy settings that raised most concerns,

  1. General > Let apps use my advertising ID ...
  2. General> Send Microsoft info about how I write ...
  3. Speech, Inking, & Typing > Stop getting to know you
