Can I request to change the backup policy? What options are available?

We can tailor backup policy on a per department basis. It'll apply to all users within a department. Department representatives are welcome to discuss with us. Below are some options that can be customised,

  1. Default backup file types
    • For example, some departments may want to include graphics files by default.
  2. Backup Interval
    • For example, runs backup every 2 hours instead of the default 8 hours.
  3. Enhanced security
    • For example, encrypt files on user's laptop for protect from data lost.
  4. Allow user to grant ITSC permission to restore data for user.
