Wired ResNet: Why can’t I use the Wired ResNet?

This may be due to a number of reasons:

  • The MAC address has not registered yet.
  • Incorrect MAC address was registered.
  • Incorrect wall outlet port was registered.
  • Incorrect hall name or room number was registered.
  • The wall outlet port is damaged. Please report to cchelp for fix.
