I hear other noise at my classroom but cannot determine whether is come from Mic4Me. What can I do? |

The condition might be caused by other environmental noise or previous active Mic4Me connection. For the easiest way to disconnect unnecessary connection, you could use your own Mic4Me to link either dock A and dock B at Link Station one-by-one. It is expected to disconnect all previous active connection after your try. In condition of other unexpected microphone voice is still heard at your classroom AV system, whenever Mic4Me or traditional wireless microphone, contact x6200 to ITSC Service Desk for checking. In case the noise is come from ceiling speakers for university announcement or other environment, you may call FMO directly for more assistant. |
