If I did charge my Mic4Me for 3 hours but the battery level is still poor. What can I do?

It is possibly by the charging problem or battery issue. Please do the following checking:

  1. Please check and ensure the power source can provide electricity power output
  2. USB charging cable has properly connected at Mic4Me and power source during charging

If all are checked with no error, it might be a battery problem or other issue. Please send back your Mic4Me to ITSC Service Desk and request a device checking.
