Office 365 - Can I share my documents with HKUST staff users? |

Yes, you can share documents with HKUST staff users starting from the spring semester of 2016. However, the system will prompt that they are "outside your organization" because Office 365 for staff and Office 365 for students are resided on different cloud tenants. You may just ignore the message if you really want to share documents with others. Just "Invite people" by typing their full address e.g. username@ust.hk, separated by semicolons, select "Can edit" or "Can view" and then click Share. |
