How to restore a file using previous copy?

The Central File Share Service has "Volume Shadow Copy" enabled. Users can use this feature to restore previous version of files and folders that you accidentally modified or deleted without asking administrators to restore from system backup.

The snapshots will be taken at 07:00 and 13:30 every day.  You may refer to the "How do I view or restore previous versions of a file and folder?" part in the Microsoft Official Recover lost or deleted files.
