How to transfer a call to my boss / colleague?

If you need to consult your boss / colleague before connection:

Press  + Extension Number, wait for your boss / colleague's answer, press {Transfer}

If you do not need to consult your boss / colleague before connection (blind transfer):

Press + Extension Number + {Transfer}

Before {Transfer}, you may press {Swap} to talk between the calling party and your boss / colleague.
