Office 365 - Am I required to use the Outlook Web App (O365.ust.hk) after migrated to @Connect? |

No. You can also use other email clients to access your email apart from the Outlook Web App at O365.ust.hk. However, since the Outlook Web App, Calendar and Contacts are integrated tools that work together with our Central Authentication System (single sign-on), you are recommended to use Outlook Web App or Microsoft Outlook for best communication and collaboration. Please refer to Email program setup reference or Phone and tablet setup reference if you would like to use other email tools. Please select the account type Exchange or Corporate when adding your new @Connect account to your mobile devices depending on which brand of mobile device you are using. Some mobile device will ask you for the server name, just put the following:
If you are using Outlook, it is best for you to create a new profile (under Mail of the Control Panel) for your @Connect account. For traditional IMAP/SMTP or POP/SMTP connection (does not support the new features e.g. Calendar, Contacts), below are the server settings for your reference: IMAP setting POP setting
