I cannot logon Y5ZONE Wi-Fi Service, why?

It may be the problem that:

  • The wireless device has not been turned on for wireless connections.
  • The Y5ZONE Wi-Fi network has not been connected. Please check if the status is Connected.
  • The Y5ZONE Wi-Fi service is not configured correctly at the wireless device. Please check with the corresponding configuration guidelines.
  • The user forgets to append @ust.hk immediately after the user name at the user name field during logon. For example: username@ust.hk.
  • Wrong username or password is presented during logon. Users should make sure the correct username / password are inputted.
