How can I install the backup software on a computer and start backup?

When a user registers to the service, he will receive a confirmation email with installation instructions.

To start backup on a computer,

  1. Follow the steps in the email to install the Druva inSync client software.
  2. Launch the software. Fill in Server URL, ITSC email ID (no email alias) and password.
  3. Click Activate and backup will start automatically.
