My phone doesn’t have voice mail feature. Why?

There are many cases that you won't have voice mail feature, please check.
Case 1: You have a secretary to take your call when you are not in office. In this case, your incoming call will be directed to your secretary's line if you don't take the call.
Case 2: You have set "no answer forwarding". In this case, your incoming call will not be directed to the voice mail system when you don't take the call
Case 3: Your line is shared with other colleagues. In this case, the voice mail box is not activated because the owner of the voice mail box is not unique.
Case 4: You have set "call forward all calls" (Digital PhoneAnalog Phone). In this case, all your incoming calls will be forwarded to another line, therefore no one can leave voice message for you.
