Question: How to transfer a call to my boss / colleague?

If you need to consult your boss / colleague before connection:

Press [Trans] + Extension Number, wait for your boss / colleague's answer, press [Connect]

If you do not need to consult your boss / colleague before connection (blind transfer):

Press [Trans] + Extension Number + [Connect]

Before [Connect], you may press [Swap] to talk between the calling party and your boss / colleague.
