NetPrint - Does user have the flexibility of temporary overdraft on print budget?

The print accounting system allows a temporary overdraft up to HK$6. User can still print even if his/her balance is negative as long as the job cost won't bring the balance lower than -$6.0.

On the other hand, print job could be denied even if the balance is positive. This happens when the job will cause the print budget to exceed the overdraft limit if printed.
